CHIA BIA™(milled) – comes loose in a re-sealable foil pack (no capsules to swallow) which when opened lasts for at least 18 months, no need to pop in the fridge (just keep in a cool dry place) and can be mixed in your favourite juice drinks, sprinkled over cereal, over fruit etc. Two dessertspoons a day is recommended but you can 'eat' it more often if you wish.

CHIA BIA™ – is gluten-free, trans-fat free, sugar-free, high in fibre and protein, has no taste or smell and can be deliciously combined with many foods!
